When the City & County of Denver exercised their right to intervene on the CDOT headquarters site at 4201 E. Arkansas Ave., the contract with Kentro Group required the site to be rezoned, along with other conditions for affordable housing, job creation and commercial uses.
As a part of the rezoning process, Kentro Group is performing outreach to the neighborhood and surrounding community stakeholders. Below is more information on the rezoning and community outreach process.
The Virginia Village/Ellis Community Association (VVECA) has formed a Special Committee to work on the Development Agreement with Kentro Group. To contact the VVECA Special Committee please e-mail email@example.com.
